events : Classes 4 and 5 Trip To Humanyun Tomb
Ahlcon Public School organizes excursion trips to provide holistic growth of the students and stimulate comprehensive learning. These trips tend to be most cherishing moments of a student’s life. Keeping this in mind students of classes 4 and 5 went on an edifying cum pleasurable trip to Humanyun Tomb on 6 December 2019. The students were accompanied by their class teachers. The students were informed that Humanyun Tomb is the tomb of the Mughal Emperor Humayun in Delhi, India. The tomb was commissioned by Humayun's first wife and chief consort, Empress Bega Begum, in 1569-70, who was the Sultan of Delhi. The main highlights were the tombs, which spoke volumes of the architectural glory of the Mughal Empire. The students basked in the warmth of the Sun. The students even interacted with a number of Foreign Tourists who too were enjoying the architectural masterpiece and exchanged thoughts with them under the observation of class teachers.
The students were excited about the trip. They took a walk in the garden in the morning. Then they sat down in groups with their teachers and played games. They would look around and gaze at trees, birds or the monument and .it was a welcome change from the regular school routine. Their laughter filled the environment with joy. They returned to the school within school hours. It was learning and fun filled excursion enjoyed by the students.
