OBJECTIVES OF THE ACTIVITY: The objective of the activity is to hone the culinary skills of the students and enable them to produce the best with the given key resources with maximum nutritional value of the dish or food item produced without the use of flame. The students enjoyed the activity and participated enthusiastically.
