Sports unites all and has immense ability to channelize the energy of youth in a productive manner. Ahlcon Public School in its endeavour to provide holistic education initiated Ahlcon Football Premier League to support the youth with the primary focus to create a platform for the budding athletes to showcase their talent and develop sportsmanship.

Ahlcon Football Premier League is a synergistic effort by the management, staff and students to strengthen the cause of cooperation and collaboration for a healthy, peaceful and tolerant society.

The league began with the inauguration ceremony on 9 May 2022 in the school football field under the able guidance of the school principal, Dr Deepak Raj Singh Bisht. There was a series of 6 exhilarating matches played from 9 May 2022 to 8 July 2022. The four teams, namely Gold Digger, XO FC, Elite FC and Inazuma FC comprised of students from classes 9 to 12, coaches from the Sports department and a staff member and were owned by the Director, Principal, Manager and the Administrative Officer.

The final match was held on 8July 22 and filled the atmosphere with great cheer, enthusiasm and excitement. The team Gold Digger, scored 6 points in the series and won the coveted Ahlcon Football Premier League trophy for the year 2022. The prestigious Golden Boots were bagged by Manish of Team XO, who scored the maximum goals in the league.

In the solemn closing and prize distribution ceremony, the Principal appreciated the grit and dedication of the zealous players and the collaborated efforts of the faculty, administrative staff and management in making the league a huge success. He further emphasised on the pivotal role of sports in developing individual personalities by inculcating teamwork, accountability, self-confidence, responsibility and self-discipline.
