To mark the importance of Earth Day which is celebrated on 22nd April each year, Ahlcon Public School conducted an inter HouseEnglish Elocution competition for classes 6th and 7th. They were given a prose 'The Little Fir Tree' and poetry 'Paper Boats' by Rabindranath Tagore. The topics were related to nature. Participants narrated the story and recited the poem with proper voice modulation, diction, stress and intonation. Their discipline and confidence is praiseworthy.
