Ahlcon Public School (Primary Wing), organized a fun-filled educational trip to “Mother Dairy”, Patparganj New Delhi Plant on 11 th November, 2022 for Class IV students .Students were welcomed by their team incharge Ms Neha, she informed the students about the nutritional value of Mother Dairy's milk. They also gave a presentation related to the history of Mother Dairy Plant. She told students about the white revolution and primitive and newer modes of milk collection and distribution. She also told about the actual milk processing capacity of the plant with the significance of the steps in processing. Further, short videos were shown, demonstrating the processes involved in the production of milk, its storage and distribution methods adopted by Mother Dairy to serve its customers. Students were served with flavoured milk and ice-cream and small gifts . The students had over all a good experience with an in-depth learning.
