During Kindness Week, preschool and pre-primary children engaged in a series of meaningful activities to cultivate empathy and kindness. Each day, the children enjoyed a read-aloud story, introducing them to the concept of kindness through storytelling. They participated in a “High-Five” activity to encourage kind words and actions among their peers. Additionally, they practiced caring for nature by feeding birds, learning to show compassion toward animals. The week concluded with children helping out in small classroom chores, reinforcing the value of helping others. Kindness Week was a wonderful opportunity for the children to understand and celebrate kindness in its many forms.
