REPORT - 'INTERHOUSE DOHA VACHAN COMPETITION' (CLASS 4)

Doha is a lyrical verse-format which was extensively used by Indian poets and bards of North India probably since the beginning of the 6th century AD. Dohas of Kabir, Tulsidas are really famous.
'Every doha is a lesson or other.'

Interhouse Doha was held on 8th Aug 2023, the competition was organized by - Ms.Kusum
The judges of the competition were -
1. Ms. Rashmi
2. Ms. Josna Kapoor
3. Ms. Punita Mathura

The competition was compared by-
Atharv
And Driti Nautiyal of class 4th-C.

The children presented the DOHA with very sweet rhythm by giving their own introduction.

They were judged on the basis of their confidence, memory, pronunciation and overall presentation.

The pillar was presented by Kapir of Class 4th-D , he narrated Shiv-Tandav strotam in sanskrit in a very beautiful way and also explained in Hindi. He sang Shiv strotam which was highly appreciated by everyone including the principal sir.
