Assessment and Evaluation (PS to class II)
Assessment in Pre-primary Department is continuous and comprehensive. Children are observed and a record is maintained of the day to day activities and their performance there on. Based on these observations result is prepared wherein a teacher highlights the strong points of a child, mentioning the areas of concern or improvement if at all there are any and finally suggesting measures for improvement.
Evaluation
Evaluation: Periodic assessment is done regularly. We follow continuous informal evaluation for children of class PS to Class II. Evaluation is for holistic development of the child.Feedback is given to the parents from time to time through personal interactions, PTMs and Term Report twice a year.
Parents Teachers Interaction
Other than the PTM if parents want to meet the teachers they can seek prior appointment for meeting the teacher.
PTM is scheduled on every second Saturday between 8.45 to 10.45 A.M. (Provided if it is not a gazetted holiday)
