The students of class XI of Ahlcon Public School went to an educational trip to Chail – Shimla in the month of May 2024 from 15th to 19th May. The aim of the trip was overall development of children as experience gained through travelling provides lifelong education.

The trip included various adventurous activities such as short trek in the jungle, wall climbing, zip line, crossing of Burma bridge, bamboo bridge, plank bridge, wall climbing, air crash in the jungle and other team building sports.

All these activities helped in enhancing core muscle strength, team spirit and importance of time management. Evening sessions were full of entertaining activities like live music around the bonfire, DJ, samba music and morning sessions of yoga and exercise were rejuvenating.

Students learnt to be independent away from their family.

Main highlight of the trip was walk on the mall road at Shimla which was greatly enjoyed by the students. On the whole this educational trip was great.
