Ahlcon Public School Hosts Confluence 4.0: Celebrating Innovation, Creativity and Interdisciplinary Learning
New Delhi, 8 August 2026: Ahlcon Public School hosted Confluence 4.0, its flagship interdisciplinary inter-school fest, bringing together students from more than 20 schools for a vibrant celebration of creativity, innovation and collaborative learning. Designed for students of Classes VI to XII, the fest featured 12 competitions spanning literature, mathematics, science, technology, environment, business and economics.
The event commenced with the ceremonial lamp lighting, followed by the welcome of Chief Guest Ms. Neeta Prasad, an accomplished civil servant and senior advisor. In her address, she encouraged students to "navigate the landscape" by remaining prepared for change and learning to handle setbacks. She also emphasised the value of meaningful friendships, positive influences and connecting with people who can help them achieve their aspirations.Principal Dr. Deepak Raj Singh Bisht highlighted that Confluence was a coming together of ideas and varied disciplines, providing students opportunities to explore, innovate, compare, compete and experience the joy of the learning journey. He encouraged students to move beyond conventional academic boundaries and embrace innovation.
The competitions included 'Poetry Writing', 'Geo Rangoli Fiesta', 'Math Model Mania', 'Graffiti', 'Ad-Act-Sustain', 'SparkTank', TinkerVerse, 'Commix Strip', 'Face-to-Face' (Role Play) and others. Each activity had a distinct learning focus: Poetry Writing fostered creative expression and empathy; 'Geo Rangoli' integrated geometry with artistic creativity; 'Math Model Mania' developed mathematical reasoning and application; 'Graffiti' promoted social awareness; while 'Ad-Act-Sustain' strengthened teamwork and sustainability awareness.'SparkTank' encouraged entrepreneurial and STEM-based thinking aligned with Viksit Bharat 2047, while 'TinkerVerse' enabled students to identify real-life problems and develop innovative solutions. 'Commix Strip' enhanced storytelling and visual communication, and ‘Face-to-Face’ strengthened confidence, dialogue delivery and perspective-taking.
'Personnalité Francaise' the French Activity developed French language skills, cultural awareness and confidence in communicating in a foreign language.'Manthan' the Hindi Literary activity enhanced creative expression, acting skills, dialogue delivery, teamwork and confidence through literary performance. 'Kavya Taringini'fostered the Sanskrit poetic expression, appreciation of literature, creativity and effective oral communication. The fest culminated with a prize distribution ceremony where the coveted 'Champions Trophy' was bagged by East Point School, Vasundhra. Confluence 4.0 thus provided a dynamic platform for students to think creatively, collaborate, communicate and apply knowledge to real-world challenges, reinforcing Ahlcon Public School's commitment to nurturing confident, innovative and future-ready students.
