: it is far wiser, safer, and more effective to build resilience before a crisis strikes than to handle the chaos and destruction afterward. Investing early in sturdy infrastructure, early warning systems, and community awareness saves exponentially more lives and resources than emergency relief efforts ever can.

Conclusion:
Disaster risk reduction (DRR) equipped students with essential life-saving knowledge and emergency protocols, ensuring they can protect themselves and assist others during sudden natural or man-made crises. Integrating DRR into school education transforms passive learners into proactive safety ambassadors who carry safety awareness from classrooms directly into their homes and communities. It fosters critical thinking and rapid decision-making under stress, reducing panic and injury when unexpected hazards occur. By learning to identify local environmental hazards and practice regular emergency drills, students build lifelong resilience and a strong culture of preparedness.
