Introduction
The theme of the assembly was to highlight and remind students of the importance of the social sciences as well as the significance of dance as a major aspect of our heritage.

Key Highlights
Prayer & Thought for the Day:- Gayatri Mantra was recited. The inspiring thought of the day was read by Anushka Singh of 12-H: related to the theme of Humanities and Dance as a part or heritage.

News Update:- Important national, international news and the weather report was presented by Dhriti Sharma of 12-H.

Special Performance:- On the occasion of International Dance Day, a composite dance performance was presented by students prepared by Ms.Parishi.

1. Divyanshi Singhal spoke about the significance of International Dance Day;
2. Anushka Singh read the thought for the day based on a poem by actor and danseuse Vyjanthimala;
3. Bhavika Mittal spoke about the importance of Social Sciences, the common fears that students have about these subjects and how to deal with them;
4. Dhriti Sharma presented the News;
5. Mahima delivered the positive affirmation pledge to the students.

Principal Address: Dr. Bisht appreciated the efforts put in by the 12-H and the students of the Dance Club.

Conclusion
The aim of the assembly was to remind students about the significance of the social sciences and of dance as an important aspect of our heritage at a community, national and world level.
The presentations will sensitize students to be more aware and careful with our surroundings. The assembly was appreciated by the students and the faculty.
