events : INVESTITURE CEREMONY 2026-27

The Investiture Ceremony of Ahlcon Public School for the academic session 2026–27 was conducted with due solemnity in the school auditorium on May 14, 2026. The programme commenced with the lighting of the ceremonial lamp by the Principal, Dr. Deepak Raj Singh Bisht, along with the Section Heads, Ms Mamtha Mahale, Ms Monika Karnatac, Ms Seema Soni and Ms Kuhu Ganguli. House Masters of the Secondary and Middle Sections and the gathering of teachers and students, joined in the Gayatri mantra and the prayer.

The ceremony witnessed an inspiring address by the Principal, who urged the Board members to embrace a leadership style rooted in compassion and discipline, and to serve with humility, confidence and unwavering dedication. This was followed by the investiture of the newly elected members of the School Prefectorial Board through the presentation of badges and sashes. Aarav Parashar and Siddhi Sehgal were formally inducted as Head Boy and Head Girl respectively.Various other appointments, including School Ambassador, Discipline Captains, Sports and Cultural Captains, House Prefects, Captains, Vice-Prefects and Coordinators, were also announced and honoured during the ceremony.

Students from both the Secondary and Middle Sections were acknowledged for their leadership potential, dedication and enthusiastic involvement in school activities. A significant moment of the ceremony was the oath-taking pledge administered by the Principal, wherein the student leaders promised to discharge their duties with integrity and honesty, for the glory of the school and the honour of the country.

The programme concluded with an acknowledgement speech delivered by the Head Girl, followed by the Vote of Thanks proposed by the Head Boy. The ceremony came to a close with the rendition of the school song, marking the commencement of a new journey of leadership and responsibility for the student council.
