*A Tribute to Mahatma Gandhi and Lal Bahadur Shastri on Their Birth Anniversary*

A special assembly was held on October 1st to commemorate the birth anniversaries of twogreat leaders of India, Mahatma Gandhi and Lal Bahadur Shastri. The assembly, organizedby students and teachers, was a heartfelt tribute to their remarkable contributions to thenation.

Student group performed on 2 dances named *mere desh ki dharti* and *Takat vatan kihum me hai* showcasing pivotal moments from the lives of Gandhi Ji and Shastri Ji,highlighting their values of truth, non-violence, and leadership. The assembly brought to lifeGandhiji’s role in India’s independence movement and Shastriji’s contributions,particularly his slogan “Jai Jawan Jai Kisan,” and “Vande Matram” during challenging timesfor the country.

The assembly concluded with a pledge to continue working for peace, harmony, andjustice, values that both leaders stood for throughout their lives.
