About the Activity: Yoga workshop was conducted by Ms. Suman Kalia. It started with meditation and followed by some simple yoga exercises done seated on chair. The workshop concluded with a short video on some simple Yoga exercises (age appropriate) with a message of importance of daily exercises for healthy life.
